黄素是一种芳香烃受体(Ahr)激动剂,可诱导小鼠CD4+T细胞和CD11b+巨噬细胞表达Ahr下游基因。黄素抑制Arid5a对Il23a 3′UTR的稳定作用,Il23a 3′UTR是一种新发现的靶mRNA[1]。Flavipin具有清除DPPH自由基的能力,IC50值为7.2μM,对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较强的抑制作用,IC50值为33.8μM[2]。
