体外研究	1-异丙基色氨酸(24小时)对小鼠 DC 2.4系具有细胞毒性,IC50值为 2.156 mM[1]1-异丙基色氨酸(100µM；48小时)可降低 DC 2.4细胞中 IFN-γ(0.5µg/ml)刺激的 ID0-1和 ID0-2 mRNA的表达[1] RT-PCR[1]细胞系：DC 2.4细胞浓度：100µM培养时间：48小时结果：IFN-γ(0.5 lg/ml)处理的DC中ID0-1和ID0-2 mRNA表达降低。
