摘要

ABSTRACT 5-(p-Substituted phenyl)-N-(3-(5-nitrofur-2-yl) allylidene)-1, 3, 4-thiadiazol-2- amines 10-17 were prepared utilizing different p-substituted benzoic acid through two step reactions. Firstly, thiosemicarbzide was reacted with benzoic acid derivatives 1 in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride to give 2-amino-5-substituted-1, 3, 4-thiadiazoles 2-9.
