摘要

Abstract A chemical reaction between C 2 H 3 SiF 3 and NO 2 induced by radiation from a pulse CO 2 laser was studied by mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy. The composition of gaseous products was determined. A macrokinetic approach was developed to study
