摘要

An aromatic l-amino acid decarboxylase was crystallized from the cell free extract of Micrococcus percitreus. The purification procedure included protamine sulfate treatment, ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-Sephadex column chromatography and Sephadex G- 200 filtration.
