摘要

Abstract A new diastereoselective pathway for the total synthesis of (+)-dexoxadrol, first asymmetric synthesis of (−)-epi-dexoxadrol and formal synthesis of conhydrine and (+)- lentiginosine is presented using commercially available (−)-pipecolinic acid.
