异烟碱可延长小鼠的己巴比妥睡眠时间,减少运动活动,拮抗心梗诱发的惊厥,引起体温过高,并抑制震颤素诱发的颤抖[1]。异烟碱(p.o.)显示出3.15小时的吸收半衰期,并在胃肠道中迅速吸收[2]。异烟碱(静脉注射、胃内注射和十二指肠内注射)主要通过尿液排泄,异烟碱可在50小时内被尿液清除[3]。异烟碱(2000 mg/kg;每天口服一次,持续6个月)对雄性兔子和大鼠有轻微的毒性作用,不会引起胃肠道损伤[4]。
