含羞草素用途

含羞草碱是一种酪氨酸类似物,通过其强大的铁结合活性可作为抗氧化剂[1]。含羞草碱是已知的Fe(III)螯合剂[2]。含羞草碱通过金属离子螯合、线粒体活化和人类白血病细胞中ROS的产生诱导细胞凋亡[3]。抗癌、抗炎。

[体外研究]

含羞草碱是已知的铁(III)螯合剂,可作为植物铁载体促进银合欢对铁(III)的吸收[2]。含羞草碱是一种双齿铁结合配体,也可能在银合欢体内铁的细胞易位中发挥作用[2]。含羞草碱是一种有毒的非蛋白氨基酸,是热带豆科植物和含羞草的主要成分[4]。含羞草碱(400μM),通过铁螯合作用,可逆地阻断MDA-MB-453人乳腺癌细胞的细胞周期进程[4]。含羞草碱(400μM)在治疗后4小时内减少对照组90%以上的DNA合成,并在治疗16小时后将总脯氨酸定向蛋白激酶活性抑制到对照组的10%以下[4]。

[体内研究]

含羞草碱(30和60 mg/kg)降低精子浓度[5]。动物模型：ICR雄性小鼠(6-8周)[5]剂量：15、30或60 mg/kg给药：连续7天注射(i.p.)。结果：与对照组或低剂量含羞草碱组(15 mg/kg)相比,含羞草碱组(30和60 mg/kg)的剂量可显著降低精子浓度。
