【用途一】
主要用于防治流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎、病毒性支气管炎、水痘、疱疹、流行性红眼病等
【用途二】
本品为抗病毒药。通过抑制核酸和脂蛋白的合成而起抗病毒作用,对流感A2型和B型病毒有效。

由吗啉(见25940)盐酸盐与双氰胺加成而得。将80-85%的吗啉盐酸盐浓溶液与二甲苯一起加热,搅拌回流带水至尽。冷却后加入双氰胺,加热升温,开始激烈反应时,立即停止加热。反应缓和后,继续回流3小时。蒸出二甲苯,加水溶解,用活性炭脱色后,所得粗品再用乙醇浸泡洗涤,干燥,得成品
