屈制备

从煤焦或温沥青蒸馏中提取。将沥青馏出物蒸馏切取的屈馏分,与苯和三甲苯的混合溶剂以1:0.5或1:1的比例混合,在110-130℃

温度下萃取3h,萃取时要进行搅拌。经过约20h的沉淀后,用真空吸滤分取结晶,干燥得工业。以1:1洗油重结晶两次,得到的粗品在2%-5%的顺丁烯二酸酐存在下,溶于净洗油中,加热到125-135℃。然后在20-25℃下进行结晶,用离心机分离,用苯洗涤、干燥,得纯度为85%-90%的产品。
