[体外研究]

塔拉薛醇(0-100μM；24或48小时)能显著降低Hela细胞的存活率,分别为95%(20μM)、89.8%(40μM)、82.6%(60μM)、72.9%(80μM)和63.6%(100μM),在20μM和100μM浓度下的细胞存活率分别为90.7%和53.6%。Taraxerol(80μM；24或48小时)诱导Hela细胞凋亡和细胞死亡,呈剂量依赖性,Taraxerol可通过annexin V/PI双染色诱导细胞凋亡,凋亡细胞早期(24.2%)和晚期(16.2%)与对照组相比在早期(6.5%)和晚期(0.5%)显著增加[1]。

[体内研究]

度冷丁(5和10mg/kg；i.p.)可减轻角叉菜胶引起的足肿胀,持续2小时。卡拉胶处理4h后,以5mg/kg剂量使用度拉薛醇效果显著(p<0.05)。
