二乙二醇二甲醚制备

1.由一缩二乙醇与甲醇反应而得。也可由二乙二醇单甲醚与氯甲烷(或硫酸二甲酯)反应而得。

精制方法:可先用粒状氢氧化钠干燥,然后在氢化钙、氢化铝锂、氢化硼钠或氢化钠存在下回流、减压蒸馏精制。操作要在氮气流中进行。若二甘醇二甲醚有类似胺的气味,可在干燥和蒸馏前将它与弱酸性离子交换树脂一起振摇除去。保存时加入0.01%的氢化硼钠,以防止过氧化物生成。
