N,N-二甲基苄胺上下游产品

N,N-二甲基苄胺制备

(1)苄和二甲胺反应而得。先向反应锅中加入二甲胺,搅拌下加入氯化苄,温度控制在25℃以下。滴加完毕,在室温下搅拌反应1h,再慢慢升高温度至55-60℃继续反应6h。然后加入液碱静置分层,取油层,用热水洗涤,减压蒸馏,收集67-72℃(1.87kpa)馏分,得苄基二甲胺。 原料消耗:二甲胺2666kg/t;氯化苄860kg/t。 (2)向反应釜中投入二甲胺100kg,在搅拌及水浴冷却条件下缓慢滴加115kg氯化苄,滴加完毕撤去冷却水,常温下反应2h,再用蒸汽加热至50-60℃,反应5h。反应结束后将釜中的水放掉,再用热水洗涤两次,水洗后停止搅拌,用循环水冷却,40h后将水放掉。收集料相即可得到粗品。将粗产品减压蒸馏,收集1.6kpa下、气相温度70-72℃的馏分,即可得到化学纯的N,N-二甲基苄胺。
