• 体内研究: OPC-14523游离碱(0.3-100 mg/kg；p.o.；每日0、2、4、7天)在大鼠和小鼠的强迫游泳试验(FST)中产生显著的抗抑郁药样作用,而不影响总体运动活动[1]。动物模型：Wistar大鼠品系(140-245 g)[1]剂量：0.3-100 mg/kg给药：P.o.；每日0、2、4、7天结果：单剂量1 mg/kg及以上的OPC-14523缩短了FST的静止时间,ED50值为27 mg/kg。第7天OPC-14523的ED50值为18 mg/kg。动物模型：ICR小鼠品系(25-45 g)[1]剂量：0.3-100 mg/kg给药：P.o.；每日0、2、4、7天结果：单剂量口服OPC-14523可显著缩短FST期间的静止时间,口服剂量为1mg/kg及以上,ED50值为20mg/kg。OPC-14523在连续7天治疗后,减少静止时间的效力更大,产生的ED50值为2mg/kg。
