In Vitro | AG6033 (0.064-40 μM, 4 h) has potent inhibition ability against A549[1]. AG6033 (1-10 μM, 24 h) significantly promotes apoptosis of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay Cell Line: A549 cells[1] Concentration: 0.064 μM, 0.32 μM, 1.6 μM, 8 μM, and 40 μM Incubation Time: 4 h Result: Exhibited potent inhibitory ability against A549, with an IC50 of 0.853 μM. Apoptosis Analysis Cell Line: A549 cells[1] Concentration: 1 μM, 5 μM, 10 μM Incubation Time: 24 h Result: Significantly promoted apoptosis of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the proportion of late apoptotic cells were 5.39%, 22.0%, and 29.1%, respectively. |
