Grb2 SH2-phosphopeptide[1]

In Vitro CGP78850 (0~100 μM; 90 minutes; MDA-MB-468 cells) reduces the amount of associated Grb2 protein in a dose-dependent manner[1]. CGP78850 blocks epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-Grb2 and Shc-Grb2 interaction in living cells. CGP78850 inhibits MDA-MB-468 cells to form colonies in soft agar in a dose-dependent manner[1].
