Antibacterial agent 106 shows potent antibacterial effect against multi-drug resistant (MDR)-Gram positive pathogens. Antibacterial agent 106 is highly effective in clearing 99.7% of the intracellular methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) harbored inside macrophages[1].
