In Vitro FNC (0.1-10 nM; 24-240 h) is found mainly to accumulate in these HIV-1 target cells, and the retention of FNC-TP is 2-4 times higher than in other types of cells[1].
In Vivo FNC (1-6 mg/kg; a single p.o.) could enter rhesus macaque PBMCs and form the active nucleoside triphosphate FNC-TP[1].
