Use of PI3K-IN-16PI3K-IN-16 is a potent and selective, orally bioavailable PI3Kβ and PI3Kδ inhibitor with cell IC50 of 12 nM (in PTEN null MDA-MB-468 cell) and 47 nM (in Jeko-1 B-cell), respectively; exhibits no significant activity on PI3Kα; shows profound pharmacodynamic modulation of AKT phosphorylation, excellent tumour growth inhibition in a mouse PTEN-deficient PC3 prostate tumour xenograft. |
