Hinokiflavone blocks splicing of pre-mRNA substrates by inhibiting spliceosome assembly, specifically preventing B complex formation. Hinokiflavone is a SUMO protease inhibitor, inhibiting sentrin-specific protease 1 (SENP1) activity[1]. |
