In Vivo	(±)-Pantothenic acid (3 × 200 mg/kg; IP, single dosage) blocks VPA-induced decreases in c-Myb and Pim-1 protein expression; reduces the incidence of NTD to 6.8% in VPA-injected CD-1 mice, while incidence of the untreated group is 23.6%[1].
