MB076 inhibits seven different Class C Acinetobacter-derived cephalosporinases (ADCs) β-lactamase variants with Ki values < 1 μM. MB076 acts synergistically in combination with multiple cephalosporins to restore pBCSK(−) susceptibility[1]. |
