Animal Model: Kunming female mice (body weight 18–22 g), 12-O-tetradecylphorbol-13- acetate (TPA) induced ear edema mice model[1]. Dosage: 10, 20, 40 mg/kg Administration: Gavage, seven consecutive days Result: Inhibited swelling of mouse ears and inhibited the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β and p65.
