CM-H2DCFDA is a derivative of H2DCFDA (HY-D0940). CM-H2DCFDA can be used to determine cellular oxidant levels (Ex/Em: 495/530 nm). CM-H2DCFDA is light-sensitive[1].

Incubate the cells according to your normal protocol.2. Treat cells with 10 μM CM-H2DCFDA for 30 min at 37°C in darkness.3. Wash the excess probe.4. Analyze sample on a flow cytometer, fluorescence microscopy, or fluorescence microplate reader.
