Biological Activity

[Description]:

Nitrocaramiphen hydrochloride is a selective M1 receptor antagonist (Ki: 5.5 nM). Nitrocaramiphen Hydrochloride inhibits the hyperpolarizing effect of muscarine in the muscle fibers[1][2][3].
