[In Vitro]

Iodoacetyl-LC-biotin (IAB) (50-200 μM; 6-24 h) increases LDH leakage in HEK293 cells in a time- and dose-dependant manner[1]. IAB (50-200 µM; 24 h) causes the release of cytochrome c from the mitochondria to the cytosol in HEK293 cells[1].
