[In Vitro]

WU-FA-01(0-25 µg/mL, 24 h) 对革兰氏阳性菌具有剂量依赖性的抑制剂作用，而对革兰氏阴性菌株没有抑制作用[1]。

[In Vivo]

WU-FA-01(2000-8000µg/mL) 对 TPA 诱导的小鼠耳模型水肿具有剂量依赖性的抑制作用，可以有效保护 TPA 诱导的皮肤炎症[1]。 Animal Model: TPA-induced skin inflammation in female Kunming mice[1] Dosage: 2000, 4000 and 8000 µg/mL Administration: 20 µL of acetone-loaded agent topically applied to the right ear Result: Significantly reduced TPA-induced ear edema by 48.16%, 113.97% and 137.32%, respectively, at concentrations of 2000, 4000 and 8000 µg/mL.
