Biological Activity

[Description]:

WIKI4 is a potent inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling (EC50 ~ 75 nM); inhibits auto-ADP-ribosylation of tankyrase 2 (TNKS2) (IC50 ~15 nM).
