Biological Activity

[Description]:

Isometronidazole is a hypoxic cell sensitizer. Isometronidazole (750 mg/kg) shows an efficacy as a hypoxic cell sensitizer in severely hypoxic FaDu tumors but not in less hypoxic GL tumors.
