CCT 068127

CCT 068127 (CCT68127) is a novel potent inhibitor of CDK2 and CDK9 with IC50 of 10 and 90 nM for CDK2/E and CDK9/T, respectively; also inhibits CDK5/p35, CDK2/A, CDK7/H with IC50 of <1 uM, but without significant activity against ABL, AKT, CAMKII, CK2, ERK2, GSK3 etc.; causes a dramatic loss in expression of DUSP6 phosphatase, alongside elevated ERK phosphorylation and activation of MAPK pathway target genes in cancer cells.
