L18-MDP is a derivative of muramyl dipeptide, an antibacterial agent. L18-MDP has antibacterial activity and has potential applications in bacterial and fungal infections[1].

L18-MDP (100 µg；皮下注射；单剂量) 在感染大肠杆菌或克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的小鼠中具有抗感染作用[1]。 L18-MDP (100 µg 或 1000 µg；皮下注射、腹腔注射、静脉注射或口服；单剂量) 提高了感染大肠杆菌小鼠的存活率，改善了感染李斯特菌的小鼠病理组织[1]。 L18-MDP (100 µg 或 200 µg 皮下注射或腹腔注射；一天一次持续 3 天) 提高了感染白色念珠菌小鼠的存活率[1]。 Animal Model: Mice infected with Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae or Listeria monocytogenes[1]. Dosage: 100 µg or 1000 µg. Administration: Subcutaneous injection, intraperitoneal injection, intravenous injection or oral gavage; single dose. Result: Strengthened the phagocytosis of the microorganisms, weakened the virus activity, increased the survival rate and improved the pathological tissue. Animal Model: Mice infected with Candida albicans[1]. Dosage: 100 µg or 200 µg. Administration: Subcutaneous injection or intraperitoneal injection; once daily for 3 days. Result: Strengthened the phagocytosis of the microorganisms, weakened the virus activity, increased the survival rate and improved the pathological tissue.
