Biological Activity

[Description]:

MDL12330A (RMI12330A) is an adenyl cyclase inhibitor. MDL12330A inhibits the vasopressin action on the short-circuit current (SCC). MDL12330A is also an inhibitor of cAMP phosphodiesterase[1].
