[In Vitro]

ODN 1982 (0.1, 1 and 5 μM) has no influence on NF-κB induction in hTLR7-expressing HEK293 cells[2]. ODN 1982 (0.1-10 μM; 24 h) together with Loxoribine does not induce IL-12p40 above the medium background, and yields few TNF+ monocytes[2].
