[In Vitro]

ODN 105870 potently inhibits the TLR7-induced TNF-α response in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs)[1]. In case of Imiquimod-stimulated B cells, ODN 105870 (10 μM) reduces the ATP content to the pretreatment level[1].
