[Description]:

Heliquinomycin is an inhibitor of DNA helicase (Ki: 6.8 μM) and inhibits DNA and RNA synthesis. Heliquinomycin is effective against Gram-positive bacteria strains. Heliquinomycin inhibits cancer cell growth[1][2].

[In Vitro]

Heliquinomycin (18 h) 对革兰氏阳性菌株表现出很强的抑制活性,MIC 值为 0.1-0.39 μM[1]。 Heliquinomycin 抑制 HeLa S3、LI210 白血病、IMC、癌、B16 黑色素瘤细胞的生长,IC50s 为 0-1.6 μg/mL[1]。 Heliquinomycin (30 和 100 μg/mL) 抑制拓扑异构酶 II 和 I 酶活性[2]。

[In Vivo]

Heliquinomycin (100 mg/kg, i.p.) 对小鼠没有任何毒性[1]。
