IKK2-IN-8 is a potent, selective IKK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 6 nM, displays >40-fold selectivity over IKK1 (IC50=230 nM); inhibits lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced TNFα production in human PBMCs with IC50 of 80 nM.
