[In Vivo]

DB-959 (T3D-959 (free base)) (1 mg/kg; i.g.; daily, for 16 days; STZ-mediated Long Evans rats) restores STZ-mediated impairments of motor function[1]. Animal Model: STZ-mediated Long Evans rats[1] Dosage: 1 mg/kg Administration: Oral gavage; daily, for 16 days Result: Improved performance in the STZ-mediated rats and had neuroprotective for both granule and Purkinje cells.
