Abstract
Abstract Novel mono and bis spiropyrrolidine derivatives were synthesized via an efficient ionic liquid mediated, 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition methodology and evaluated in vitro for their AChE and BChE inhibitory activities in search for potent cholinesterase enzyme inhibitors.
