Abstract

Gaucher s disease [1, 2] is a lysosomal storage disorder that most commonly arises from mutations in lysosomal β glucocerebrosidase (GCase). Mutant GCase is not trafficked to the lysosome correctly, thus leading to an accumulation of unprocessed substrate.
