Abstract
Methodology. 5-Iodo-2'-deoxyuridine (IdU) and 4, 4 '-dimethoxytrityl chloride were purchased from Sigma Chemical Co., St. Louis, MO, and were used without further purification. Chloro (diisopropy1amino) methoxy-phosphine and all other phosphoramidites were purchased from Applied Bionetics, Emeryville, CA.
