Abstract
Complex PdCl2 (4, 4′-bis-(n-C10F21CH2OCH2)-2, 2′-bpy)(2b) was known to be a good recoverable catalyst under fluorous biphasic system. Complex 2b and PdCl2 (4, 4′-bis-(n- C11F23CH2OCH2)-2, 2′-bpy)(2c), soluble in polar organic solvents at> 120° C but insoluble at 25° C, were demonstrated here as catalysts in the Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction under the thermomorphic mode and recovered for reusage, that is, the Heck reaction is ...
