Abstract

Abstract Ring-closing metathesis (RCM) is a useful protocol for assembling macrocycles. To synthesize normuscopyridine, and its analogues we used RCM as a key step in our strategy. Our approach to the synthesis of pyridine macrocycles involves two routes.
