Abstract

Abstract A series of hydantoin prostaglandin analogues, in which the hexamethylene moiety of the acid side chain was replaced by other spacing groups possessing either ether, sulphide and/or olefin functionality, were prepared and evaluated for platelet aggregation inhibiting activity.
