体内研究 TCPOBOP(口服;3mg/kg;1-5天)在48小时时显著增加LW/BW比率中的肝脏重量与体重[1]。动物模型:MET fl/fl:靶向缺失MET KO外显子16的Tam-Cre +/+小鼠[1]剂量:3mg/kg给药:口服;1,2,5天结果:肝脏重量增加至体重。
