• 体外研究: 单抗素对A2780卵巢癌细胞(IC50 0.13μM)、A2058黑色素瘤细胞(0.02μM)和H522-T1非小细胞肺癌细胞(0.01μM)具有较强的抗增殖活性[3]。单胞菌素抑制TCF/β-catenin转录活性[4]。当浓度为10μM时,尼日利亚霉素和单胞菌素对粪链球菌的生长有抑制作用,而添加过量的K(+)[5]可以逆转这种抑制作用。
• 体内研究: 单胞菌素是大鼠肝线粒体氧化磷酸化的强解偶联剂和ATP水解的诱导剂[1]。
