草胺膦生物活性

• 描述: Glufosinate 是谷氨酸的膦酸类似物,是一种由植物细胞转化为 PT (L-phosphinothricin) 的除草剂。Glufosinate 具有神经毒性作用。

• 体外研究: Glufosinate(1-100μM；12DIV)破坏分化的V-SVZ神经干细胞(NSC)中的细胞-细胞粘附[2]。Glufosinate(1-100μM；12DIV)在100μM显著降低Celsr2基因表达[2]。谷氨酸盐损害室管膜细胞合成纤毛的能力[2]。
• 体内研究: 草铵膦(10-250 mg/kg；灌胃；每日；妊娠6~15天)表明在Wistar大鼠中给予50或250毫克/千克组的母体毒性〔3〕。在雄性和雌性大鼠的半衰期不到4小时的情况下,血液中的谷氨酸盐(经口插管)被清除[3]。
