S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸是一种从大蒜中提取的有机硫化合物,对各种肺部疾病具有抗炎和抗氧化作用。S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸通过多种途径实现其抗癌作用,例如通过TGF-β信号通路诱导癌细胞凋亡,或降低NF-κB活性并上调Nrf2以达到抗炎和抗氧化的效果[1][2][3]。

描述 S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸是一种从大蒜中提取的有机硫化合物,对各种肺部疾病具有抗炎和抗氧化作用。S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸通过多种途径实现其抗癌作用,例如通过TGF-β信号通路诱导癌细胞凋亡,或降低NF-κB活性并上调Nrf2以达到抗炎和抗氧化的效果[1][2][3]。

体外研究 S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸通过抑制细胞凋亡、氧化应激和炎症来减轻顺铂诱导的肾毒性[2]。S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸(400μM;48小时)通过检测SW620、SW480和Caco-2细胞中激活的半胱天冬酶3和裂解的PARP诱导凋亡。在经SAMC处理的细胞中发现激活的半胱氨酸蛋白酶3和裂解的PARP1,而在未经处理的对照细胞中未发现激活的PARP1和半胱氨酸蛋白酶3[4]。
体内研究 S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸(25和50 mg/kg;口服灌胃)可显著改善BLM诱导的肺纤维化小鼠的病理结构,减少支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的炎性细胞浸润和促炎细胞因子。在BLM诱导的小鼠中,S-烯丙基巯基半胱氨酸通过增加HO-1、GSH和SOD等抗氧化剂以及降低羟脯氨酸(HYP)来显示抗纤维化作用[1]。
