• 体外研究: IPAG对Sigma1的抑制导致PC3(激素不敏感前列腺癌)和MDA-MB-231(三阴性乳腺癌)细胞系中PD-L1的自溶酶体降解,并降低细胞表面功能性PD-L1的水平[2]。IPAG处理平均每106个细胞产生100±8μg。IPAG能抑制细胞增殖。IPAG治疗可减少细胞质量[3]。IPAG处理抑制翻译调节蛋白p70S6K、S6和4E-BP1的磷酸化[3]。细胞活力测定[3]细胞系：T47D细胞浓度：10μM培养时间：24小时结果：DMSO(对照)的平均前向散射高度(FSC-H)为412±5,而IPAG处理细胞的平均FSC-H为390±4。Western Blot分析[3]细胞系：T47D细胞浓度：10μM培养时间：结果：磷酸苏氨酸389-P70S6激酶(P-S6K)、磷酸丝氨酸235/236核糖体S6(P-S6)和磷酸丝氨酸65-4E-BP1(P-4E-BP1)水平降低。
