CYP19A1/CYP11B2-IN-1 (Compound X21) 是一种有效的、选择性的 芳香化酶 (aromatase) 和醛固酮合酶 (aldosterone synthase) 双重抑制剂,对 aromatase (CYP19A1) 和 aldosterone synthase (CYP11B2) 的 IC50 分别为 2.3 nM 和 29 nM。CYP19A1/CYP11B2-IN-1 对癌细胞具有良好的抗增殖和促凋亡活性。CYP19A1/CYP11B2-IN-1 可用于乳腺癌的研究。
