描述 12-羟基奈韦拉平(12-羟基NVP;12-OH-NVP)是尼维拉平(HY-10570)的主要氧化代谢产物。奈韦拉平是一种非核苷逆转录酶抑制剂,适用于HIV-1感染。奈韦拉平引起特殊的肝毒性和轻度至重度皮疹。12-羟基奈韦拉平是一种非反应性代谢产物,可被肝脏和皮肤中的硫转移酶(SULT)生物活化,产生反应物种12-硫氧基奈韦拉松[1][2]。
